A Mid-Autumn Cultural Engagement!

Both our co-chairs with the Dual Language Immersion Department.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival last week!

中秋节快乐!

For those that don’t already know Mid-Autumn Festival is an important day in Chinese

culture for families to come together. During Mid-Autumn Festival, people traditionally eat mooncakes and look at the full moon.

Our Co-Chair’s went and visited all 3 schools Woodstock/Hosford/Cleveland and the Department of Dual Immersion. In light of the Mid-Autumn Festival they brought mooncakes to share with the principals / staff of the schools and department.

Just like the meaning for Mid-Autumn festival. It was a great way to come together with all three schools and the department.
