Please contact the Gala Volunteer Coordinator, Audrey Rozell, if you can help. TWO WAYS TO HELP: Projects in RED still need a team leader. Email the Volunteer Coordinator by clicking her name above and tell her what team you want to lead, and provide your contact information. The name immediately after a project is the team leader for that task. You can email that team leader simply by clicking their name and then tell them you are interested in helping. Don't forget your contact information. Sign up with the Gala Volunteer Coordinator so she has an "on-call" list of people who have not selected a specific task but who are willing to help in general as needed. Gala Coordinator—Shelley K. The teachers/donors would be best • Make sure the posters describe the event and make it enticing • Have “sold out” signs to post on each of the posters when the party sells out Student Class Projects-April Mar • Still need class volunteer from Ms. Rayle's 4th grade class • Still need donations from parents for the class projects. Visit Class Art Projects Page to see how much your class has raised and make a donation online using PayPal with a Credit Card. Raffle Ticket Salesperson and Coordinator—Doug Diller Sound Engineer- • Need to decide whether to hire professional sound man or go with in- house volunteer • Decide on materials and equipment needed • Decide whether need to rent equipment and, if so, rent equipment, get it to the venue, and return it (or arrange for same) Dessert Auction Coordinator- Susan Cordiso
