Dinner is vegetarian or pork dumpling with edamame, scallion pancake, and spring roll (maybe); plus fruit and a drink $5 per plate is the recommended donation ENTERTAINMENT: Zhang Li dancers, 1st performance at 4:30 (K & 1st) 2nd performance at 6:30 (2d-4th) Enter the "Mandarin Zone" where only Mandarin is spoken & the Hosford Mandarin Club has games for playing Win dumpling raffle prizes: OMSI one-year family+ membership Compete for the most expensive dumpling by donating more than $5/ plate. Highest donor wins a T-shirt with the Dumpling Festival art. Buy Holiday plants (limited supply), including 40 orchids; order lunar new year plants/greenery (for delivery Jan/Feb) Gala raffle and Gala tickets on sale Order Year of the Ox t-shirts. The Dumpling Festival
